While Roppi was knocked unconcious by all the means Psyche was able to use in this small enclosed area without accidently knocking himself out, he walked out of the room to retrieve a rope. Slowly and calmly he had tied Roppi up, making his arms unmovable as he returned back to his own private room to get his ‘supplies.’

He sung a small song as he prepared a bunch of needles and surgical knives, bringing all his equipment out to the living room on a tray. Kneeling down next to Roppi he leaned over him and just stared, waiting calmly for the other to return to consciousness.

There were several minutes of darkness, a dreamless sleep that Roppi had no idea what was going on within the span of, and then the light began to return. It must not have been that potent of a drug, as the time span of unconsciousness remained rather small. He slowly opened his eyes, squinting a little at the light in contrast to the dark he’d been enveloped in, finding the face of Psyche staring down at him. That, and his movement was restrained in some way, making it impossible to sit up. “What…are you doing?”

Seeing the other’s eyes finally open sent happiness spreading throughout his veins. “I told you we were going to play a game.~” Turning to his side was the metal tray full of many different tools. “What toy should we play with first?~” he picked up a small surgical blade and held it in front of Roppi’s face. “I heard you were the one of me that likes pain, I wonder how much you can like before you die.~”

Red eyes widened upon seeing the tray of ‘game accessories’ Psyche was intending on using. Roppi knew Psyche was going through something, but he had no idea how dangerous it would be to play along with him. And how did the other know about his…masochistic tendencies?

Roppi kept as much of a poker face as he could, staring up at Psyche rather blankly. “…I did say we would but you should have clarified. Those things are dangerous, Psyche, why don’t you put them down and untie me? We can play a different game.”

“I thought of this silly, I’d never want to burn up Tsu-chan’s pretty house.” He grinned walking closer as he wrapped a small piece of cloth around his mouth and nose. “It’s only a small amount of gas, enough to imbalance you. So don’t be ridiculous.” He tilted his head wandering how long it would take effect, it was different for everyone and he hadn’t planned that out at all, there was just enough in there to knock out Tsugaru.

Despite his lack of concern for his own well-being, the human instinct of fight or flight threatened to activate as Psyche approached. What was he talking about, then, if not burning—? Oh. OH. Roppi’s crimson eyes widened and before he could react, there was a cloth over his nose and mouth. He tried to respond, but only inhaled more of the toxic fumes, causing a thick haze to invade his mind.

“What…are…you….planning….” He managed barely before the sleeping mixture caused darkness to roll over his vision and he suddenly lost control of his balance, dropping the figure and being rendered unconscious on the floor.

“Oh, yes, of course.~” He smiled widely looking around the room for another object, looking as if he had lost something. “Tsu-chan is gone all the time, I have so much free time to play with things like natural gases and chemicals, they’re fun.” He finally reached down in the couch pulling out a small switch. “I even got to put some in that small toy~” He flicked the switch letting out the gas from the figurine.

Roppi immediately tensed as Psyche searched for something, knowing this to be bad. Playing with chemicals? He jerked when he noticed gas escaping from the figure and glanced at Psyche, eyes narrowed further. “Do you intend on burning me up? You do realize, that would burn up your Tsugaru’s house as well, with you inside it, yes?” He didn’t let go of the figure. If he were to throw it, there was an even greater chance Psyche might light it on fire. Perhaps he could persuade him not to.

“He’s usually gone for days at a time, sometimes weeks.~” Opening the door to his house he moved inside rather quickly walking into his room, walking back out with a toy figure. “he works a lot, but trusts me alone~”

“See how nice I am~?” He handed Roppi the little figurine, offering it as somewhat of a tribute.

Hachimenroppi stepped inside the door, moving into the living room and waited for Psyche to return. It didn’t sound as if Tsugaru was home as much as the pink replica would have liked. That was probably the reason for Psyche’s melancholy. Roppi blinked as the other came back and handed him a strange figure. He let a thin hand slip from the sleeve and took hold of it, tilting his head.

“This doesn’t really prove that, Psyche, it’s just somewhat of a peace-offering type thing, am I right? This is weird, even for you.”

“Great~! Tsu-chan is away anyway, perfect time for visitors ~” He smiled grabbing Roppi’s hand and pulling him in the direction of his and Tsugaru’s house. “We can play games all night.~”

Roppi was semi-curious as to what ‘games’ Psyche could possibly mean, but he didn’t care enough to ask. Normal Psyche would probably insist on some sort of silly past-time, but the way he was right now…there just was no telling. It was obvious he was upset. That was much more interesting to Roppi than whatever ‘game’ they’d be playing. “He’s been gone for a while, hasn’t he?”

He giggled teasingly “You’re so mean to me Roppi-san, I may cry.~” This didn’t knock the smile off his devious little face. “Hmm, prove how nice I am~? What a silly idea. Would Roppi like to come over and spend time with me than if he wants me to prove my kindness?~”

Psyche’s offer held a dangerous undertone, but since when did Roppi ever heed warnings when it came to his own safety? He didn’t care enough to bother. “…alright.” He answered, lowering his sleeve from his mouth decidedly. “I’ll indulge you for a while.”

Psyche grinned flicking his thumb against his blade.

“Of course I can never be that dangerous silly, I’m only me, innocent little me.~”

“I don’t believe you’re nearly as innocent as you claim to be or come off as, Psyche.” Roppi narrowed his eyes, unfazed by the other’s deceptively pleasant expression. “I think you’re one of the most dangerous alternates created, actually. Prove me wrong. Or right, whatever the case may be.”

“That…”

Roppi frowned, lifting a sleeve to his mouth.

“You sound as if you’re some mafia boss, Psyche. It’s rather disturbing.”

Psyche grinned flicking his thumb against his blade.
